Return & Exchange Policy

At Guangzhou Tusunny Home Products Co., Ltd., we are committed to producing high-quality baby safety product. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Quality Assurance

We implement strict quality control measures before shipment.

Defective product handling: If the product you receive has manufacturing defects, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. You must provide clear photos or video evidence of the defect. After verification, we will arrange for a replacement part or a replacement in your next order.

2. Non-quality Issues Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

We do not accept return or exchange requests due to reasons unrelated to product quality. This includes but is not limited to: changes in customer preferences, buyer's order error, or changes in market demand.

For non-quality issues, all sales are final.

3. Custom Orders (OEM/ODM)

Products produced according to the specific requirements of customers (including custom logos, colors, packaging, or designs) are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing error caused by us.

4. Return Shipping Fee

In very rare cases where a return is authorized due to our error or verified manufacturing defect, the return shipping fee and any related tariffs are borne by the buyer, unless there is a written agreement.
