1. Freight Explanation (No Free Shipping)

We do not offer free shipping services. All freight charges are calculated based on the gross weight, volume (CBM), and destination of the goods.

We are committed to providing you with the most cost-effective transportation solution for your order. The final freight charge will be confirmed in the invoice.

2. Transportation Methods

Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): Recommended for samples or small batch orders.

Air Freight: Suitable for urgent large order shipments.

Ocean Freight: The most economical option for large orders. Depending on your needs, we can ship according to FOB, CIF, or DDP terms.

3. Processing and Delivery Cycle

Samples: Usually dispatched within 3-7 days after payment confirmation.

Batch Production: Typically takes 15-30 days, depending on the order quantity and current production plan.

4. Import Duties and Taxes

Unless shipping under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, the buyer is fully responsible for customs clearance and payment of any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees in the destination country/region.
